Exchange & Return Policy



1. No Returns – Exchange Only

At Frozi, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Only exchange requests will be considered.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video taken while opening the package is compulsory.
Without the unboxing video, no exchange request will be accepted.

 

3. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is applicable only in the following cases:

  • ✔ Defective item

  • ✔ Damaged product

  • ✔ Size issue

 

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are required to courier the product back to Frozi at their own responsibility for any exchange request.

 

5. Courier Charges

All courier charges (both for sending and receiving) must be borne by the customer.

 

6. Non-Exchangeable Cases

Exchange is not allowed in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Minor color variations

  • Change of mind or personal preference
